Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は電気かみそり等の小型電気機器に係
り、厚みを非常に薄くし軽量化を図つて行つた場
合、この狭いスペース内にスイツチ部品等を巧妙
に組み込んで薄型化を実現したものである。

以下に、その構造の一実施例を図面に基き説明
する。1は外刃2をアーチ状に張設した外刃枠3

成つている。そして、前記本体ケース1の厚みは

いる。又、前記本体ケース1内には前記充電プラ
グ4の他に、二次電池、モーター、充電部品(い
ずれも図示せず)等がスペース内に整然と収納さ
れている。ところでモーターを駆動したり充電回
路を形成したりするのに必要となるスイツチ部
は、一般に裏面に短絡接片を有したスイツチ板
と、これと対向して設けられ、前記短絡接片にて
入、切される回路網が形成されているプリント基
板とより成つているが、これらを組み込むのに単
にスイツチ板、短絡接片、及びプリント基板を本
体ケースの厚み方向に順次積み重ねて行くだけで
は本体ケースの厚みが増し、薄型化は困難とな
る。本考案はこの様な点を鑑みて構成してある。
前記本体ケース1の正面壁6にはその上部一側に
スイツチツマミ7の装着窓孔5が形成されてい
る。そして前記正面壁6の内面に沿わせて細長い
合成樹脂製のスイツチ板8が設けられており、こ
のスイツチ板8はその上部の切欠部9に前記スイ
ツチツマミ7裏側の爪片10,10′のうち片方
10が係止して、窓孔5のストロークa範囲でス
イツチ板8を上下摺動できるようになつている。
11はスイツチ板8の略中間部8′に直立して設
けられたスイツチ接片取付用の壁部で、本体ケー
ス1の厚み方向に向かつていて、この壁部11の
外部面側11′には短絡接片12がダボ13,1
3と取付孔14,14とで溶着固定され、短絡接
片12の3つのスイツチ片15,15,15は臨
き窓孔16,16,16より壁部11の内面1
1″側に弾性突出している。又この壁部11と対
応しているスイツチ板8の中間部分8′には、右
側にスリツト溝孔17が切つてあつて、且中央に
円弧状の壁片18,18が互いに内向いてすぼま
り部19が作られている弾性割溝孔20が形成さ
れている。21は前記壁部11の内面11″側と
対向する面21′側に回路網がプリント配線され
ているプリント基板で、ほゞ前記壁部11と密着
する位、これと近接対向して本体ケース内面壁
1′に装着される。その方法はプリント基板21
両下端の足片部分22,22がケース内面壁1′
に形設せる上部のコの字型壁部23と、ケース固
定用のネジが挿入される支柱部24と一体のL字
型壁部25間に嵌入されて成される。この時プリ
ント基板21下端の凹欠部26がスイツチ板8の
中間部分8′を跨いでスイツチ板8の上下移行動
作に支障を来たさないようにしてある。前記スイ
ツチ板8はこのプリント基板21の装着によつて
ケース内面壁1′に押さえられ、弾性割溝孔20
はケース内面壁1′に形設せる節動用の突起27
と第1図の如く嵌まり合う。更にスイツチ板8の
下端には前記充電プラグ4のロツク用爪片28が
設けられている。次にこの機構に付き説明する。
充電プラグ4は本体ケース底部壁29と内部水平
壁30との間の空所にプラグ刃31,31が底部
の押出摘子32にて側方より摺動突出入操作され
るように内挿されている。そして前記スイツチ板
8の下方部分はプラグ刃31の側面部分を上下移
行し、特にロツク用爪片28はプラグ刃31,3
1をインサートしているプラグ基台33の前部側
端縁34に係合或いは逃げるようになつている。
即ち第3図及び第4図に示すようにスイツチ板8
が上方に動かされONとされている時は、ロツク
用爪片28がプラグ基台33の側端縁34に係合
するよう位置している。従つて充電プラグ4を押
し出そうとしてもロツク用爪片28とプラグ基台
側端縁34との当接係合により押し出せない。然
し、スイツチOFFにするべくスイツチ板8を押
し下げると第5図の如くロツク用爪片28はプラ
グ基台33の下方部に退避し、プラグ基台側端縁
34の係合関係を釈放されるので充電プラグ4の
摺動突出が可能となる。

る。そして、スイツチツマミ7を上方へスライド
すると、スイツチ板8が上動し、短絡接片12に
よりプリント基板21上の回路部が入となり、モ
ーター等の駆動となる。この時、節動用突起27
は中央のすぼまり部19を越えて割溝孔20の下
方部に来てこの移動過程でスイツチ板8に節動作
用を与える。又スイツチ板8下端のロツク用爪片
28は第4図の様にプラグ基台33の側端縁34

必ずスイツチ板8を下方に押し下げてスイツチ板

の下端にはスイツチ板OFF移行時にのみ、本体
ケース底部に内挿せる充電プラグとの係合を解
き、その摺動突出を可能とさせるロツク片を設け
る事により、確実なスイツチ動作を得られ、且ス
イツチONのまゝによる充電ミスを未然に防げる
機構を提供できる。そして、この両機能を簡単な
構成によりスイツチ板に付与でき部品点数少なく
して達成できる等の実用的効果を有する。
