【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は小型電気機器に係り、そのプラグ機構
に関するものである。 従来より小型電気機器、特に充電式のものにつ
いては本体の一側より充電プラグを出入自在に設
けている。しかし乍らそのプラグは一般に本体の
底部に収納されており、該プラグの摺動範囲の確
保からどうしても本体の幅寸法が大きくならざる
を得なくなつてしまう。また充電プラグ部の厚み
寸法のため本体ケースの縦寸法も大きくなつてし
まい、上述の幅寸法と合わせて、機器の小型化の
障害となつているものである。本考案はこのよう
な従来の欠点に鑑みて成されたものであり、その
目的は機器の小型化を図るための新奇なプラグ出
入機構を機器内部に組み込むことである。 この目的を達成するため、本体ケースの一側に
スリツト孔を穿設し、該スリツト孔に近接して且
外部端子との接触面が前記本体ケースに対して平
行となるようにプラグを配置し、前記スリツト孔
を通して前記プラグを出入するための摘みを設け
て該摘みによつて前記スリツト孔の長さ寸法範囲
内で前記プラグを出入れ可能となし、且該プラグ
を案内するレールを形成したプラグ基板の側面に
カバー片を取り付けて前記スリツト孔から直接プ
ラグが見えない構成としたものである。 従つて、スリツト孔とプラグとをカバー片で遮
蔽しているので使用者に不案感を与えることなく
安心して使用してもらえると共に、スリツト孔か
らの小型電気機器本体内部への塵埃の侵入を防ぐ
ことができる。また本体とプラグとの色彩的違和
感を抹消できその意匠的効果は大きい。 以下本考案を回転式電気かみそりに適用した一
実施例に則り図面に即して詳細に説明する。1は
本体ケースであり、前ケース2と後ケース3との
二分割接合体より成る。前記前ケース2には、電
動機4の挿通用の六角孔5と、プラグの操作摘
み7を案内するスリツト孔8とを前面に穿設し、
且つ側面に始動スイツチ摘み9を案内する矩形孔
10を形成している。 前記六角孔5の両側に係止壁11,11を立設
し、前記電動機4の固定台12に係止爪13,1
3を設け、前記前ケース2の外方より挿入される
前記電動機4を前記係止壁11,11に前記係止
爪13,13を引つ掛けて前記前ケース2に固定
する。 前記プラグは側部に家庭用コンセット等の外
部端子との接触面14を有した一対の栓刃15,

脚部22が収納される。また前記ロツク部材21
の上辺には中央に操作頭部23と両端に係合突起
24,24を設け、一方前記スリツト孔8の側縁
に係合受部25,25を設け、該係合受部25,
25と前記係合突起24,24とで前記プラグ
のロツク機構を構成している。また前記スリツト
孔8には前記プラグの出入操作用補助摘み26
が該スリツト孔8に沿つて摺動自在に係止され、
該補助摘み26の中央穴27より前記ロツク部材
21の操作頭部23が突き出ている。尚前記プラ
を直接出入操作するのは前記ロツク部材21
であり、前記補助摘み26はその操作性を向上す
るための一手段である。 前記プラグ受板17の一端には「状の取付部2
9を設けてあり、その上面に溶着用のダボ30,

部35を形成し、一方前記前ケース2の一側に設
けられた矩形孔10の近傍にその受部36を設け
てロツク機構を構成して成る。前記矩形孔10に
は外方より操作補助部材37が挿入係止されて該
矩形孔10に沿つて摺動自在とされ、且つその中
央口38より前記ロツク釦34の突出部39を突
出せしめて前記部材37とロツク板33とを連動
可能成らしめている。 前記ロツク板33の下端には、スライド板40
が一体形成されており、該スライド板40に取着
される可動接片41はプリント基板42前面の固
定接片(図示せず)上を摺動する。そして該スラ
イド板40は前記前ケース2の内面と前記プリン
ト基板42の前面とで形成される空間を前記ロツ
ク板33或いは補助部材37の動きに応じて移動
し、且つその脚部43と前記前ケース2内面のボ
ス44とで節動機構をなしている。 尚前記前ケース2の他側に設けられた小孔45
は、充電中点灯する発光ダイオード(図示せず)
の表示窓(図示せず)を取り付けるためのもので
ある。そして前記本体ケース1内部には上記部材
の他の前記電動機4の電源となる充電電池46と
該電池46へ充電するための電圧降下用トランス
47とを配置せしめている。また前記固定台12
の前記本体ケース1より前方へ突出た部分には螺
子溝48が切られ、この螺子溝48を介して、ド
ーム状外刃(図示せず)を装着してなる軽金属製
外刃枠(図示せず)を前記前ケース2の前面に突
出配置せしめるものである。 次に本考案の作用について説明する。 本体の組立は後述の如くに非常に簡単なもので
ある。即ち電動機4を前ケース2の前面より六角
孔5に挿入し、係止爪13,13を係止壁11,
11に引つ掛けて固定する。そしてプラグ刃台1

38より前記突出部39が突出する様に前記矩形
孔10に係止する。後は残りのプリント基板4

の危険性を感じることなく安心してできるのみな
らず、スリツト孔からの小型電気機器本体内部へ
の塵埃の侵入を防ぐことができる。またプラグの
機器本体に対する色彩の不調和を解消できその意
匠的効果が大なる小型電気機器を提供できうるも
のとなる。
