【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は2輪車のフロントフオークでボトムケ
ースにフオークパイプが摺動自在に嵌合されるも
ので、特にボトムケースの開放端部内側に一定間
隔をおいてフオークパイプと摺動するガイドブツ
シユを挿入した固定嵌合式のフロントフオークに
関するものである。

イングしたガイドブツシユ3a、3bを嵌合させ
固定したもので、固定手段としてはサークリツプ
でそれぞれ固定するかブツシユ3a、3b間にカ
ラーを挿入して一定の間隔で固定される。そして
その開放端にオイルシール4を設けて油の流出を
防止するようにしてある。なおフオークパイプ1
の下端には緩衝機構を有するピストン5が設けら
れ、それぞれ圧縮行程及び伸長行程で緩衝作用が
行なわれる。このガイドブツシユ3a、3bとボ
トムケース2及びフオークパイプ1によつて仕切
られた室Aには本来油を充満させてフオークパイ
プ1の摺動を円滑にしているが、油の流入がな
く、そのため長期間の使用によつてその中の油が
少しづつオイルシール4側から濡れガイドブツシ
ユ3aが作動中に油切れをおこし、フリクシヨン
が高くなる。そのためフオークパイプ1に傷がつ
き、またダストの侵入を許すことになり走行性を
損う欠点があつた。
