布に際し、締付袋ナツトの弛緩もしくは締着によ
つて到達または拡散の噴頭に変更していた従来の
形式に代えて、先端の開口部内側に折曲可能な材
質からなる円筒体を取り付けて到達と拡散の形態
に極めて容易に変更可能とした動力散布機用ミス
ト噴頭に係るものである。

ラー3に締付リングrを介して締付袋ナツト4を
被着する一方、回り止めネジ5をミスト噴頭本体
2および噴頭カラー3の両者に挿通し、またミス
ト噴頭本体2と一体にして噴頭カラー3内側に設
定されたノズル本体6の一側に調量コツク7を開
閉自在に装着すると共に、薬液タンク(図示しな
い)に接続された送液管8の先端を膨出部eに嵌
合してある。しかして噴頭カラー3が実線位置に
あるときは、薬液がミスト噴頭の近傍の広範囲に
亘つて散布される所謂拡散噴頭の形態となり、ま
た締付袋ナツト4を弛緩して噴頭カラー3を鎖線
位置に迄引き出すときは、薬液がミスト噴頭から
遠距離の地点に散布される所謂到達噴頭の形態と
なる。以上述べたように噴頭カラー3の設定位置
を変更することで拡散と到達の二つの機能を有す
るものであるが、実際の散布作業に際しては、噴
頭カラー3の設定位置への保持操作には前述のよ
うに締付袋ナツト4.締付リングr.回り止めネジ
5の部品を要し、なお噴頭カラー3自体の構造に
おいて長孔hを穿設し、また円筒部Cは全体が同
一の長さでなく、回り止めネジ5の側は長く、調
量コツク7側は短く、従つて噴頭カラー3自体の
製作にも手間がかかるため、拡散もしくは到達の
噴頭の形態にする点において一般利用者の予想し
得ない手間や部品を要することから価格の低廉化
や軽量化を充分に所期し得ない憾みを免れ難い。
そこでこの考案は前述のような多数の部品と噴頭
カラーの構造上の難点と、拡散、到達の形態変更
の煩雑さを是正し、従来の末広状の噴頭カラーの
内側に折曲自在な軟質材を取付け、拡散、到達の
形態変更を所謂ワンタツチで行ない得る動力散布
機用ミスト噴頭を提供しようとするもので、前端
を拡開した噴頭カラーの中間の円筒部内周縁に、
屈曲可能な材質からなる円筒体の後方を嵌入・固
定してなるものである。
