Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は右・左折の表示をする他に車線変更の
表示をするのにも便利な車両用ウインカ操作装置
に関するもので、特にその車線変更をした後の僅
かなステアリングの戻し操作によつても表示を確
実且つ自動的に解除でき、しかもスイツチの配置
等にも制約を受けず自由な設計ができるものを提
供しようというものである。

した円筒状のキヤンセルカム5を固着したステア
リングシヤフト6を通し、以てベースボデイ1の
中心部に上記キヤンセルカム5を装備せしめてい
る。而して7はキヤンセルカム5を囲繞してベー
スボデイ1上に配設した環状のブラケツトで、そ
の一側(図中右側)部の中央には上面に一対の支
持壁8を、下面に軸部9を夫々突設していて、そ
のうち軸部9を、前記ベースボデイ1の孔2右隣
りに形成した孔10に例えば弾性的に挿入し、
又、支持壁8にはその間に操作レバー11の基端
部を位置せしめて軸ピン12により枢着してお
り、以て該操作レバー11をブラケツト7により
前記ベースボデイ1に第1図中Rで示す右折操作
位置からLで示す左折操作位置までの間軸部9を
中心として回動させ得る様にしている。尚この
他、操作レバー11は軸ピン12を中心としても
回動するもので、13はその回動に節度を与える
節度機構であり、14はその節度プレート、15
は節度ボール、16はスプリングである。そして
更に17は上記操作レバー11の軸ピン12を中
心とした回動に応動するデイマー或いはパツシン
グ表示用のスイツチである。一方、18は前記ブ
ラケツト7の他側(図中左側)部の中央に形成し
た筒状部で、19は該筒状部18から孔2方向へ
延設したひさし部であり、そして20はそれらの
両側方即ちブラケツト7の他側両端部に形成した
凹欠溝で、この凹欠溝20に対し前記ベースボデ
イ1には該凹欠溝20よりやゝ内側の部分に夫々
凹状部21aを有するカム面21をベースボデイ
1の前後両辺部間略一杯にわたつて形成してい
る。22は両端部に爪部22aと脚部22bとを
有するキヤンセルラチエツトで、これを全体に前
記ブラケツト7上に載せて前記ひさし部19の下
方に配置し、同時にその脚部22bを夫々前記凹
欠溝20から前記ベースボデイ1上のカム面21
に添わせており、又、前記筒状部18にはスプリ
ング23と節度ボール24とを収納していて、こ
れにより上記キヤンセルラチエツト22を前記キ
ヤンセルカム5側に、一方、節度ボール24を反
キヤンセルカム5側に夫々弾発付勢している。而
して25はベースボデイ1の左側端縁部に突設し
た節度山で、これにはその内側面の中央部に最も
深い凹部25aを、両端部に次に深い凹部25b
を、そしてそれらの間の凸部25c頂部には最も
浅い凹部25dを夫々形成している。尚、26は
ベースボデイ1の上記節度山25と前記カム面2
1との間の部位に形成した長孔で、27は該長孔

特に右・左折途上の僅かなステアリングの戻し操
作で未だ必要である筈の操作が解除されてしまう
ことの不具合を発生することなく使用し得るもの
である。

又、その残る片側には他のスイツチが設けられる
ことも多いから、結局其処には設けられない或い
は設けられてもその設け方が難しくなるなど、設
計が複雑となる問題を有していた。
