する液量検出手段を設け、その液量検出手段が容
器内の液体が所定の液量に達しないことを検出動
作しかつ温度検出手段が動作した際に、温度検出
手段のみ動作した場合より低い液温にて加熱手段
の通電を制御する制御機構を具備することを特徴
