６…主発熱体、８…保温用センサー、１１…蒸
気温度検出素子、Ｔ０…一定温度、Ｔ′…沸騰検
出温度、θ…一定時間。

口近傍に設けた蒸気温度検出素子を介してお湯の
沸騰温度を検出した時に湯沸かし用の主発熱体へ
の通電を停止して湯沸かし完了動作を行わせる電
気湯沸器に於て、保温用センサー８が、保温温度
付近の一定温度Ｔ０検出後の定められた一定時間
θ内に前記蒸気温度検出素子１１が沸騰検出温度
Ｔ′を検出しない場合に前記主発熱体６への通電
を停止して保温動作に移行させ、湯沸かしを完了
