Claims (1)
- 一つの主表面に対向する一辺から他辺に達する
少なくとも一本の導電路が形成されるとともに、
いま一つの主表面には上記導電路に対向するアー
ス電極が形成されてなる誘電体板と、上記導電路
を流れる電流に対してインダクタンスとして作用
する絶縁性を有する磁性体板とが上記導電路を間
にして積層されており、上記導電路の各端部の端
面を含むこれら誘電体板と磁性体板との積層体の
端面に形成された端子電極に上記導電路がその各
端部の端面にて夫々接続されていることを特徴と
するＬＣフイルタ。
