Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は空気圧縮機の弁構造に関するもので、
弁が弁座に対して着座する際の衝突による衝撃を
緩和することにより、弁の寿命を向上すると共に
騒音を低減することを目的とするものである。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to the valve structure of an air compressor.

以下実施例図により詳述すると、第1図〜第2

なる弁体1の弁座2と当接する部分に環状の浅溝
3を形成すると共に浅溝3の底面から浅溝3の深
さよりも高い断面楔形の突条4を一体に突出形成
し、着座時に上記突条4が弁座2に押圧されて弾
性変形し浅溝3内に没入するようにしたものであ

その対策として、第5図に示すように、弁体1に
環状突起5を設けて、突起5の弾性変形により衝
撃を緩和してやると、弁体1の上側(圧縮室側)
の圧力により突起5に応力が集中し、耐久性が悪
くなる上に、弁体1と弁座2が面接触しないので

本考案は上記のような問題点を解決したもの
で、突条4は弾性変形により衝突時の衝撃を緩和
して弁体1を静かに着座させ、以後は浅溝3内に
没入するので、応力集中を受けずかつ面接触によ
る密封性も損わず、騒音を著しく低減し得る上に
弁の寿命を向上し得る利点がある。特に溝壁との
間に間隔を隔てて浅溝の底面から浅溝の深さより
も高い断面楔形の突条を一体に突出しているので
弁体に浅溝を設けないで突条を突出したものやあ
るいは2つの突条間に溝を形成するものにくらべ
て、弁体から突条の先端までの長さが同じものの
場合、本考案にあつては突条そのものの長さを浅
溝の深さ分だけ長くでき、したがつて突条の全突
出長が長くなつて、その分弁体に浅溝を設けない
で突条を突出したものや2つの突条間に溝を形成
したものにくらべて突条の弾性力を増すことがで
き、したがつて気密性の向上をはかることができ
