固定されたセラミツク碍管によりその他方端に連
結されたベローズおよび端子金具を備えた常温ポ
ートならびに端子金具の内側に連結された電流リ
ードとが絶縁支持されるものにおいて、前記フラ
ンジ部および端子金具それぞれの外周面から放射
状に突設された支持部材に軸方向の両端部が固定
され周方向に2分割された筒状の保護絶縁筒が前
記碍管部を覆うようほぼ同軸状に設けられたこと
を特徴とする超電導機器のセラミツクブツシング
