Claims (1)
- フレキシブルプリント基板にＩＣチツプが取り
つけられ、その一方の面に端子が形成されたＩＣ
モジユールを含むＩＣカードにおいて、ＩＣヒジ
ユールの両側に剛性を有する薄板を配し、端子形
成面側の薄板はＩＣチツプ及びその周囲のプリン
ト基板をカバーする大きさであり、他方の薄板は
プリント基板全面をカバーする大きさであること
を特徴とするＩＣカード。
