- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転自在にセンタ支持された被加工物の外周面
を一対の転造ダイス間に押圧挟持して、それらの
転造ダイスを前記被加工物の回転軸線に対し直角
方向で互いに逆方向に移動させることにより、歯
車を形成するようになされた歯車転造装置におい
て、 前記被加工物に近接した位置に前記歯車の形成
時に生ずる歯先の突起を除去する回転砥石を設け
たことを特徴とする歯車転造装置。
