【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は磁気ヘツドに関するものでヘツド素子
をシールドケース内に固定するための樹脂材によ
る影響を少なくすることを目的とするものであ

一般に磁気ヘツドを構成する場合には第１図に
示すようにシールドケース１内にヘツド素子２を
収納し、樹脂材３でモールドするようにしてい

実際の使用状態において、磁気テープ４が第１図
矢印で示すように接触した状態で走行するため、
その際の摩擦熱、静電気等により上記磁気テープ
に塗布された塗布剤が樹脂材３に付着して４′で
示すように上方に飛び出したり、第２図に示すよ
うにヘツド素子の前面を覆つてしまつたりするこ
とがあり、磁気テープ４とヘツド素子２との接触
が不安定になつて録音、再生、消去等の本来の機
能が充分に発揮できなくなるという問題があつ

のであり、簡単な構成で樹脂材による影響を著し
く少なくできる優れた磁気ヘツドを提供すること

以下本考案の一実施例について第３図と共に説

ールドケース５内に充填された樹脂材９によつて
モールドされ固定されている。そして、シールド
ケース５のヘツド素子６両側に位置する部分には
上記シールドケース５の巾全体に至る凹溝１０，
１１が形成されている。凹溝１０，１１はたとえ
ばヘツド素子６をシールドケース５内に樹脂材９
によつてモールド固定した後、砥石等によつて形

本考案は上記実施例より明らかなようにシール

電気等によつて上記磁気テープに塗布された塗布

の内部にあるため従来のように飛び出したり、ヘ
ツド素子の前面を覆つてしまうようなことがほと
んどなく、常に良好な録音、再生、消去等の機能
を発揮するという利点を有する。そして、本考案
によれば溝をシールドケースの巾全体に亘つて形
成しているため、その溝の形成も非常に簡単であ
