Claims (1)
- 液体、気体等を内部で取扱う圧力タンクの壁孔
に有底状形箇体が貫通して気密に取付けられ、該
筒体の内部を少なくとも外層には銅系金属を用い
られる導電体が挿通し、該筒体と該導電体との間
隙部にエポキシ樹脂を充填硬化して形成する導電
体の壁貫通部において、上記有底状形筒体の内部
に位置し且つエポキシ樹脂と接着する導電体の外
層上に酸化性薬液処理され生成する黒色酸化皮膜
層を設けられた構成でなることを特徴とする導電
体の壁貫通部。
