とができず、燻化後の冷却工程において外気が燻
化用カプセル内に浸入して燻化セラミツクス製品
の色調が変化したり燻化不良が生じたりする欠点
がある。

より燻化用カプセルイ内に燻化用ガスを供給して
窯炉内においてセラミツクス製品の燻化処理を行
うことは在来のこの種セラミツクス製品燻化用台
車と同様であるが、本考案によればカプセル受樋
2に充填されているシール材5がシリコンゴム等
の耐熱ゴムよりなる下層3とセラミツクスフアイ
バー、ガラスフアイバー、石綿などの耐熱性の繊
維状断熱材よりなる表層4とよりなる積層充填物
であるから、燻化用カプセルイをセツトした際に
その重量によつて脚枠ロは図示するように耐熱性
の繊維状断熱材よりなる表層4の一部とともに耐
熱ゴムよりなる下層3に食い込むこととなり、通
気性の全くない弾性に優れた耐熱ゴムのシール効
果によつて燻化用カプセルの下端開口を完全に密
封することができ、外気の浸入による燻化セラミ
ツクス製品の色調変化や製品不良の発生をなくす
ことができる。また、耐熱ゴムよりなる下層3は
その表面が該下層3より耐熱性がはるかに優れて
いる耐熱性の繊維状断熱材よりなる表層4により
覆われているので熱影響を受け難いうえに重量の
大な燻化カプセルイの脚枠ロを直接支持する耐熱
性の繊維状断熱材よりなる表層4が燻化カプセル
イをセツトする際に受ける衝撃を前記耐熱ゴムよ
りなる下層3がその弾性により緩和するので、表
層4の切断などのおそれもなくて長期耐用でき、
シール材5の交換を頻繁に行う必要がないので保
守、点検、修理等の手数を減らすことができる。
なお、前記したように耐熱性の繊維状断熱材より
なる表層4は耐熱ゴムよりなる下層3を熱的に保
護するのが主目的であるから、該表層4はその目
的の範囲内において肉薄としてもよく、シール性
を考慮して下層3と表層4の肉厚比を1:1から
4:1程度とするのが一般的であるが、表層4が
薄いほどシール性は向上するので燻化作業時にカ
プセル受樋2に冷却水を継続的に供給するような
手段を講ずれば表層4をさらに肉薄化してもよい
ことは勿論である。
