搬出される重合海苔・簀は回動中の多孔無端ベル
トの上側移行部上に乗せられ空気吸引ダクトの吸
引部から吸引される空気によつて海苔が同ベルト
に吸着し同ベルトの回動に伴つて簀搬出コンベヤ
の下側に移行するが簀は支持枠に支持されて簀搬
出コンベヤに伴つて水平方向に移行し(ひごが搬
出方向と直角である場合)、又は同コンベヤに直
接乗り移る(ひごが搬出方向と同一方向の場合…
第1図)。このような動作によつて海苔剥ぎ機に
よる不完全剥離は解消し海苔は下方へ簀は水平方
向に分離搬出される。

る間に一端押え金具10で簀2の一端を押え他端
をつかみ具11でつかんでこれを第3図実線位置
から同図仮想線位置まで牽引し海苔5と簀2とを
剥離することができる。この剥ぎ機7はひご2′
を簀2の両外側に牽引するのみで吸引のないもの
でも差支えない。このようにした海苔剥ぎ機7の
搬出側に多孔無端回動ベルト12を配設し、同ベ
ルト12の上側移行部12′を案内板13によつ
て簀搬出ローラコンベヤ14(チエンコンベヤで
も良い)の下側に向けて下向に傾斜させ、かつ同
上側移行部12′の下面に空気吸引ダクト15の
吸引部16を接するものである。上記回動ベルト
12は上記コンベヤ14及び海苔剥ぎ機7の多孔
ベルト8と連動して間歇的に回動させると良いし
上記両空気吸引ダクト9,15は交互開閉弁1
7,18によつて交互に吸引するように形成して
も良い。尚図中19で示すものは交互開閉弁1
7,18の共通回動軸、20は同軸19に設けた
90度往復回動腕、21は同腕20と海苔剥ぎ機7
の往復昇降枠22との連杆、23は同昇降枠22
に設けた上記一端押え金具10の押え発条、24
は海苔剥ぎ機7の吸引ダクト9の吸引孔、25は
回動ベルト12の駆動ローラ、26はその案内ロ
