[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a cyclone which discharges dust in the form of mud to reduce clogging of the cloth of the cyclone and bag filter. Conventionally, this type of dust collector has a cyclone 1 and a bag filter 2 as shown in Fig. 1.
However, when dealing with dust that contains a lot of water vapor (steam), the conventional type tends to clog the cyclone and clog the bag filter cloth, so it is necessary to prevent water vapor from condensing. Measures have been taken, such as blowing hot air into the
The effect had its drawbacks, such as the fact that there was nothing worth seeing. 3 and 4 are hoods, and 5 is a blower to exhaust the chimney in the direction of the arrow.

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a cyclone configured to further reduce clogging of the cloth of a cyclone and bag filter than conventional types. The present invention will be described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments. As shown in Fig. 2, a normal cyclone 1 has a water supply port 8 near the intake port of the intake pipe B7, but this prevents moisture-containing dust from turning into mud.
This is to prevent dust from accumulating on the cone portion 12 of the cyclone 1 and causing clogging, as shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3,
A needle-like protrusion 1 is provided on the inner wall of the straight pipe portion 11 of the cyclone 1.
3 is provided to provide resistance to the velocity of air, and the needle-like protrusion 13 plays the role of converting water vapor into water droplets. Therefore, the muddy dust accumulated at the bottom of the cone portion 12 of the cyclone 1 is not discharged when the bottom is open because of the negative pressure inside the cyclone.
When the system is in operation, the accumulation of muddy dust changes in the order shown by A, B, and C in FIG. 4 due to the cyclone effect.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, an automatic damper 9 is provided in the cyclone intake pipe A6, and the damper 9 is closed at certain intervals (about 10 minutes) for a certain period of time (about 1 minute). After the pressure inside the cyclone is brought to atmospheric pressure, the automatic valve 10 provided at the bottom outlet of the cyclone is opened. In this way, the muddy dust inside the cyclone 1 is discharged to the outside of the cyclone 1 through the order of A, B, and C in FIG. 4.

According to the present invention as described above, it is possible to prevent dust containing a large amount of water vapor from clogging the cloth of the dust collecting bag filter, and also prevent dust containing a large amount of water vapor from clogging ducts, etc. Since it is easy to use, it serves to protect the duct leading to the bag filter from clogging. In addition, as shown in Fig. 5 as a second embodiment, if the hoods shown in Fig. 1 are assembled together and a cyclone is attached, the duct from the hood to the cyclone is likely to become clogged, so this problem should be resolved. Therefore, it has the remarkable effect that a miniaturized version of the cyclone according to the present invention can be attached to the upper part of each hood.
