る)などのような小形部品を多数並べて取付ける
ための部品取付わくに関する。

ように並べて取付けるのが普通である。このとき
プリント板1に対してそれぞれのLED2の高さ
Hが不同になり易い。高さHに不同があると外部
から見て見苦しいという欠点がある。特に光を発
するLEDをP矢印方向から監視するときはこの
点が目立つ。また第2図は、補助プリント板4上
にLED2を取付け、補助プリント板4とプリン
ト板1とを接続ピン5で接続するもので、補助プ
リント板の寸法やリード孔の位置は正確に作るこ
とが簡単にできるから、LEDのリードを曲げる
ことなく補助プリント板の孔に挿入すれば、多数
のLEDは、左右、前後にバラツクことなく整然
と取付けることができる。しかし補助プリント板
とプリント板とを多数の接続ピンで接続する必要
があり、部品数と工数が多くなるという欠点があ
る。

ドからなり、前記ブロツクが正面に多数個設けら
れた取付孔と、各取付孔の底部から切り欠きによ
り形成された第1の背面に貫通するリード孔と、
前記第1の背面に前記リード孔に連続して前記ブ
ロツクの下面に達するように設けられた第1のリ
ード溝と、このリード溝と同じ間隔で前記第1の
背面とは異なる第2の背面に設けられた第2のリ
ード溝とを有することによつて達成される。なお
ブロツクが一方の側面に少なくとも1個のノブを
有し、他方の側面に前記ノブと同じ大きさのノブ
が嵌合する嵌合孔を有すると都合よく、さらにこ
れからのブロツクが上面に間隙をあけてノブとこ
のノブと同じ大きさのノブが嵌合する嵌合孔を有
すると2個以上のブロツクを結合する場合に都合
よい。

る。LED2をプリント板上に取付けるには、第
3図Cに示すようにまずリード3をそれぞれのリ
ード孔8に貫通させ、各LED2をそれぞれの取
付孔7に、孔7の底部に当接するまで挿入した
後、それぞれのリード3を第1のリード溝10に
沿つて曲げ端面9から突出させる。

に同時に挿入することができLEDを個々に取付
けるより簡単になる。またブロツク6を横方向に
2列に並べることもでき、LEDが非常に多数の
場合は、第5図に示すように積重ねたブロツク
6,6′を横に並べてバンド16により結合して
プリント板1に取付けることもできる。このとき
ノブ12,14とその嵌合孔13,15とはブロ
ツクが互いにずれないように保持する役目をす

混乱接触することもない。特に常に外部から発光
を監視するLEDの取付わくとして、LEDが個々
に区切られたわく内に収納されているから見易い
