体1内で径方向に突出する押圧突起7が備わつて
おり、この押圧突起7が第2図の第1位置にある
とき鳴止めレバー6は操作部材2の下面に当接し
た解放位置にある。操作部材2を回して押圧突起
7を第2図の第1位置から第3図の第2位置へ変
位させると、鳴止めレバー6は押圧突起7によつ
て押下され永久鳴止め位置に保持される。このと
