When a conventional frame scaffold is assembled to serve both for wall work and floor load bearing, a large number of building frames are erected at narrow intervals, making it difficult to walk inside. Furthermore, the same applies to single-tube scaffolding, and the work of tightening a large number of clamps is not easy. Scaffolding has also been proposed in which fabric is wedged onto a single pipe construction material, but there are few examples of this being put into practical use.

This idea was developed as a construction material for conventional framework scaffolding.
Steel pipes with a diameter of 42.7 mm are used as construction materials, and steel pipes with a diameter of 60.5 mm are used as construction materials, whereas steel pipes with a diameter of 42.7 mm are used as construction materials, whereas steel pipes with a diameter of 48.6 mm are used in single-pipe scaffolding. To develop highly practical scaffolds by using them as materials, adding handrails and braces, applying simple and reliable connection means such as wedge fixing and insertion, and improving the structure of wedges and mounting brackets. This makes it possible to easily connect building materials and fabric materials, and the details thereof will be explained below with reference to one illustrated embodiment.

The main components of this scaffolding include a building material 1 and a fabric material 2. The building material 1 has a large number of brackets 5 which are U-shaped when viewed from above and protrude from the side surface in four directions at required vertical intervals. Further, a groove 6 is formed at the tip of the bracket 5.

The end of the fabric material 2 has a U-shape when viewed from the side,
A mounting bracket 8 is provided which has a wedge hole 7 that allows the wedge to move in the vertical and horizontal directions. The wedge 9 to be inserted into the wedge hole 7 has a stepped portion 10 protruding outward for fitting into the groove 6 at the upper part of the opposite side to the tapered surface, and a hook-shaped stop 11 is formed at the upper end. A protrusion for preventing the wedge from coming off is formed at the lower end. This hook-shaped stopper portion 11 can be inserted into a hole on the upper surface of the fabric material 2 to temporarily hold the wedge 9.

When connecting the building material 1 and the fabric material 2, the hook-shaped stopper part 11 of the beam 9 is inserted into the hole in the upper surface of the fabric material 2, and the wedge 9 is temporarily inserted into the bracket 5 provided on the building material 1. While holding it, it is locked to the bracket 5 as shown in FIG. At this time, the tip of the wedge 9 temporarily held in the groove 6 provided at the tip of the bracket 5 is bitten to prevent the fabric material 2 from shifting from side to side.

Next, the hook-shaped stopper part 11 of the wedge 9 is pulled out from the hole on the upper surface of the fabric material 2, and as shown in FIG. By inserting the bracket 5 and the mounting bracket 8 into the wedge hole 7 provided at the lower end of the mounting bracket 8 and fixing the bracket 5 and the mounting bracket 8 with the wedge 9, the building material 1 and the fabric material 2 are attached.

In addition, since the wedge 9 is tapered to fix the fabric material 2 in the front and back, depending on the spacing between the building materials 1, it may not completely reach the lower end of the mounting bracket 8 as described above. However, the effect is generally the same as above.

The handrail member 3 is made by combining upper and lower chord members, and both ends of the upper chord members are bent downward to form a bent part 12, and a stopper 13 and a lock 14 are provided at the lower part of the bent part 12. The lock 14 uses a bracing lock or the like commonly used on scaffolding machines. The end of the brace 4 has a U-shape when viewed from the side, and has a wedge hole 1 in the vertical direction.
5 is formed, a mounting bracket 17 with a protruding flange 16 is pivotally attached, and a wedge 18 is inserted into the wedge hole 15.

When assembling, the building materials 1 are set at the required intervals,
The fabric material 2 is placed between the building materials 1, the mounting metal fittings 8 are placed on the brackets 5, and the wedges 9 are inserted into the wedge holes 7 and the brackets 5 to be wedged in place.

This idea consists of the above-mentioned structure, in which a large number of brackets that are U-shaped when viewed from above are protruded from the building material at the required intervals vertically, and a mounting bracket with wedge holes that can be slid vertically, horizontally, and vertically. By providing these at both ends of the fabric material, the fabric material and, if necessary, the braces can be easily assembled and disassembled by stacking the mounting brackets provided at the ends of the brackets on the bracket and securing them with wedges. Therefore, the handrail can be easily attached by inserting it into a similar bracket, which improves work efficiency. If the fabric material and the width of the handrail are selected appropriately, the spacing between building materials can be determined according to the load.
