面図で、図中、１は樹脂成形ケース、２は点火コ
イル、３は絶縁性合成樹脂層、４は割り溝、５は
取付孔、６は導電ピン、７はプリント配線基板、
８はその配線部の孔、９は半田を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 点火コイルを内部に収容した樹脂成形ケース内
に絶縁性樹脂を注型して上記点火コイルを絶縁性
樹脂層中に固定し、上記ケースの開放部にプリン
ト配線基板を装着した点火装置において、 上記樹脂成形ケースに、ケース内に通じる割り
溝付きの取付孔をケースの開放部に開口させて設
け、前記点火コイルの配線を接続した金属ピンを
上記孔に差込んでケースの開放部から突出させ、
注型した絶縁性樹脂で上記孔内に導電ピンを固定
すると共に、前記プリント配線基板の配線部には
上記ピンの挿通孔を開設し、前記導電ピンのケー
ス開放部から突出する突出部を上記挿通孔に通し
、半田付けで配線部に固定したことを特徴とする
点火装置。
