非常に強力な特性があるが、調湿性が殆んど無い

は蒸熱にて加熱処理を施して各展綿体自体の構成
繊維相互及び積層展綿体相互間の当接繊維が絡合
融着一体化して全体がスポンジ構造の板状となり
たるものを用途に応じ其の寸法及び形状に適宜成
型又は切断して、敷布団の芯材綿を構成したもの
である。而して、本考案芯材綿は芯材綿全体を適
宜の表布で覆つて敷布団として用いるものであ

維相互及び展綿体相互を溶着一体化したものであ
るので、芯材綿全体がスポンジ状に一体化して、
主として中芯展綿体の作用によつて嵩高性、弾力
性、保温性及び通気性に優れて永く使用してもへ
たりが少なく、これに加えて、主として上、下面
展綿体の作用によつて、敷布団として必須の要件
である調湿性に優れた特性を保有し、もつて、弾
力性、嵩高性があつてへたりがなく、調湿性を兼
有した理想的な敷布団の芯材綿を安価に提供し得

厚さに展綿して得られるものであり、 下面及び上面展綿体2、2は、調湿特性を有す
る綿、毛、絹等の植、動物性繊維の内何れか1種
に、または、上記各種合成繊維に上記綿、毛、絹
等の植、動物性繊維の内何れか1種を混合したも
のに、乾熱又は蒸熱にて溶融接着する樹脂粉末若
しくは繊維を10〜40%内外添加混入したものを製
綿機で適当の厚さに展綿して得られるものでであ
