In order to replenish the enzyme necessary for the reaction, a material is used in which a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene is laminated and holes are punched using a needle or ultrasonic treatment.

言つた品質上の欠点も有する。 The fact that the inner bag material is manufactured through a complicated process not only makes it difficult to use as a material for single-use products in terms of price, but also makes it difficult to make holes to obtain breathability. Since the holes are straight, it is extremely difficult to balance clogging, release, and scattering of fibers, iron powder, etc., which is a quality drawback.

It is acceptable even if it contains other copolymer components. A nonwoven fabric is produced by a well-known method from core-sheath composite fibers in which the polyester and polyolefin constitute a core and a sheath, respectively. The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 10g/ m2 or more, preferably 20g/m2 or more.

The air permeability of nonwoven fabric is 0.1 to 5 according to JIS L-1096A method.
When calendered to within the range of cc/cm 2 /sec., the non-woven fabric structure and air permeability are said to balance the prevention of scattering of iron powder and the supply of enzymes required for the oxidation reaction of iron powder in an optimal range. Shows remarkable effects.

For example, the polyolefin of the sheath has an active effect on controlling the air permeability mentioned above without sacrificing the characteristics of polyester, and when used as the inner bag of a disposable yellow bag, its excellent thermal fusion property also seals the inner edge. It has a remarkable effect on adhesion.
