In the following embodiments, acrylic, rubber, silicone, etc.
On the adhesive layer 3 of the adhesive strip 3 provided with an adhesive layer 2 made of vinyl or the like, a cushioning layer 5 described later, which has moderate flexibility and considerable stiffness and is layered thereon, is placed vertically and horizontally. A pad 6 is provided in which a support layer 4 that suppresses directional deformation and the buffer layer 5 that is flexible are integrated into one layer. The support layer 4 constituting the pad is mainly intended to suppress unnecessary deformation of the overlapping buffer layer 5 to obtain a good treatment effect. There are foams mainly composed of closed cells formed from polymers and other materials, such as Torepef (trade name of polyethylene foam manufactured by Toray Industries, Ltd.), which has a compression hardness that is approximately intermediate between soft foam and hard foam. In addition to the above-mentioned foams, it is also possible to use plastic sheets of appropriate thickness such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and others, which are lightweight, have appropriate flexibility, and are quite strong. The thickness of the support can be appropriately selected depending on the material and the like. For example, in the case of polyethylene foam, the thickness is often about 0.2 to 3 mm.
The support layer can be made breathable, if necessary, by providing, for example, micropores passing through the layer. The buffer layer 5 serves to appropriately soften the contact with wounds, etc., and is made of, for example, polyurethane, rubber, or ethylene.
There are soft foams mainly composed of open cells made of vinyl acetate copolymers and other flexible cushioning materials, and the thickness can be appropriately selected depending on the material used. For example, in many cases it may be about 1 to 10 mm. The support layer and the buffer layer can be used by being adhered to each other via a suitable adhesive or the like. Further, the support layer can be used by being superimposed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the buffer layer. The above-mentioned pad consisting of two layers, the support layer and the buffer layer, is made by adhering the support layer upward and the buffer layer side to the adhesive layer 2 of the base material, depending on the intended use of the first aid band or product to be formed. Alternatively, the support layer side can be adhered to the adhesive layer 2 with the buffer layer facing up. For example, when applying strong pressure to a wound for the purpose of stopping bleeding, the former type is preferably used, and when applying soft pressure to an affected area such as a tumor, the latter type is preferably used to obtain a good treatment effect on the affected area. 8 is a releasable coating.

As mentioned above, the pad of this emergency bandage easily deforms in the vertical direction, but is difficult to deform in other directions, making it extremely suitable for use when it is necessary to apply pressure locally, such as on a wound, and to keep the wound immobile. The condition can be maintained and early healing is facilitated.

An adhesive 7 containing or not containing a drug can be provided on the upper surface of the pad as required. Various drugs can be used to mix into the adhesive depending on the purpose. For example, hemostatic agents, bactericidal agents,
There are disinfectants, antiseptics and other therapeutic drugs. By forming an adhesive layer containing or not containing a drug as described above, it is possible to improve contact with the affected area and further improve the effectiveness of the emergency bandage.

When a stretchable material such as a cloth made of elastic yarn such as coated rubber thread or polyurethane fiber (spandex) is used as the base material 1 constituting the adhesive strip 3, the elasticity of the base material causes the pad to The degree of pressure applied to the affected area can be adjusted and maintained as required, and the therapeutic effect and feeling of use can be improved. Furthermore, if at least the outer surface of the base material is made water repellent by, for example, being treated with a suitable water repellent, water, sewage, and other filth will not adhere to the emergency bandage when it is applied to the affected area. It can be kept clean at all times, saving you the trouble of replacing it, and it also helps in early healing.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it can be used depending on the affected area, and in particular, it can be applied locally to wounds etc. to effectively stop bleeding, etc., and the pad will not deform during use. It is able to maintain the wound in an immobile state, leaving no scars on the skin after healing, and even if an impact is received from the outside while the adhesive is in use, the sting will not be transmitted to the wound, causing no discomfort. The structure is simple. It is also easy to use. This first-aid bandage can be marketed in the same way as conventional bandages, wrapped individually.
