Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本案は応急手当等に使用する救急ばんそうこう

以下実施例について説明すると、プラスチツク
フイルム、紙、不織布、織布その他の布帛等の基
材1の面にアクリル系、ゴム系、シリコーン系、
ビニル系等の粘着剤層2を設けた粘着性細片3の
前記粘着剤層上に、適度の可撓性とかなり強い腰
を有しこれに重層される後記緩衝体層5の縦・横
方向の変形を抑制する支持体層4と柔軟な腰をも
つ前記緩衝体層5が重層一体化したパツド6を設
けている。上記パツドを構成する支持体層4は主
としてこれと重層する緩衝体層5の不必要な変形
を抑制して良好な施療効果を得ようとするもの
で、例えばポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチ
レン−酢酸ビニル共重合体その他で形成される独
立気泡を主体とする発泡体があり、例えば、軟質
フオームと硬質フオームのほぼ中間の圧縮かたさ
を有するトーレペフ(東レ〓のポリエチレンフオ
ームの商品名)がある。上記発泡体のほかに軽量
で適度な可撓性とかなり強い腰のある例えば適当
な厚みのポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレ
ン−酢酸ビニル共重合体その他のプラスチツクシ
ートも使用できる。支持体の厚みは材質等により
適宜選択して使用できる。例えばポリエチレンフ
オームでは約0.2〜3mm程度でよい場合が多い。
支持体層は必要に応じて例えば該層を貫通する微
細孔等を設て通気性にできる。又緩衝体層5は傷
口等への当りを適当に柔らかくする役目をはたす
もので、例えばポリウレタン、ゴム、エチレン−
酢酸ビニル共重合体その他で形成される連続気泡
を主体とする軟質フオームその他の柔軟性な緩衝
物があり、その厚みは材質により適宜選択して使
用できる。例えば1〜10mm程度にしてよい場合が
多い。上記支持体層と緩衝体層とは適当な接着剤
等を介して接着して使用できる。又支持体層は緩
衝体層の上下両面に重層して使用することもでき
る。上記支持体層と緩衝体層の二層を重層したパ
ツドは形成される救急ばんそうこう即ち製品の使
用目的によつて支持体層を上にし緩衝体層側を基
材の粘着剤層2に接着したり、若しくは緩衝体層
を上にして支持体層側を粘着剤層2に接着したり
できる。例えば止血等の目的で傷口を強く押圧す
るさいには前者に、腫物等の如く患部に軟かく当
てるさいには後者に形成したものを使用するとよ
く、患部に対する良好な手当効果を得る。8は剥

There are soft foams mainly composed of open cells made of vinyl acetate copolymers and other flexible cushioning materials, and the thickness can be appropriately selected depending on the material used. 形成によつて患部との接触を良好にし救急ばんそ
うこうによる効果を一層向上させることができ

工して撥水性にすれば、救急ばんそうこうを患部
に施用したさいこれに水、汚水、その他の汚物が
付着せず、常に清潔に保ち得て取替え等の手数が

用も簡易にできる。この救急ばんそうこうは従来
のものと同様その一箇づつ包被して同様に市販で
