【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は大規模園芸用ビニールハウス内で使用
する固形燃料(コークス、石炭)焚暖房機に関す
るものである。

利用されていなかつた。そこで本考案者は以上の
固形燃料の不具合を特願昭55−63560号に係る考
案により解消せしめて、固形燃料の大規模園芸用
ビニールハウスの暖房用の熱源としての利用性を
可能にした。

固形燃料焚暖房機は一度に必要な負荷の固形燃料
(例えばコークス)を貯炭して、定量燃焼させる
ところに大きな特長があるが、貯炭量の最適条件
設定において天候、園芸ハウスの設備、作物栽培
の種類と管理温度などの諸条件からむずかしい面
があつた。

ウス内を所定の管理温度に維持せしめたものであ

流通路17が設けてあり、この冷却用空気流通路
17の上部を形成する機体イには冷却用空気送風
用の送風機18が装設されて、更に貯炭兼燃焼室
aの下部外周壁に沿つて二次燃焼用空気加熱流路
19を設けると共に該流路19に機体イ外に突出
し外気を吸入するダンパー付の二次燃焼用空気吸
入口20を設けて、二次燃焼用空気を、空気吸入
口20より加熱流路19内に吸入して、炎導管d
の吐出口周縁に二次燃焼用空気供給口21より、
二次燃焼室b内に供給する。

この助燃用バーナcは油、ガスを熱源とし、第1
図に示す如く、二次燃焼室bの中心より下方に配
設して、U字状燃焼をさせるようにしても良い
し、また第2図に示す如く、中心部に設けて反転
燃焼させるような構造でもよい。

等するため、熱交換性が良いし、固形燃料の燃焼
による火力によつてバーナが損傷する度合も少な
い。
