の装置に関するものであつて、溶接時においてシ
ユーの変形を矯正し、この状態で両面を反転溶接
することによつて作業能率を向上させたものであ
る。

(本発明の目的及び特長) 本発明はガス切断時の変形を加圧矯正しこの状

るだけであり位置の調節が不要であること及び両
面溶接が完了するまでシユウー及びラグに対する
加圧力は保持されているから修復中に変形するこ
とがないことなどの特長がある。

(構成) 本発明装置の構成は装置の固定フレームを構成

付けられた案内バーが固着されてなり、前記回動
軸及び前記駆動軸はラグ及びシユーの溶接面が水
平になるような角度で前記対向フレーム間におい
て傾斜して設けられると共にラグ及びシユーが装
着された状態で溶接部の溶融金属の流れ止め用金
具が当該ラグ及びシユーの両側端面に着脱可能に
当接されて設けられてなる。
