Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外周部に熱収縮材を介在させた遮蔽層を設
けてなる電気回路素子。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の電
気回路素子において、遮蔽層は、遮蔽材層と熱収
縮材層との成層体からなることを特徴とする電気
回路素子。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の電
気回路素子において、遮蔽層は、遮蔽材を充填分
散させてなる高分子材料を熱収縮加工してなるも
のであることを特徴とする電気回路素子。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第３項
のいずれかに記載の電気回路素子において、遮蔽
層は、該層に電気的に接続された接地導体を有す
ることを特徴とする電気回路素子。
