箱23内に挿し込むだけで足り組立が簡単で誤組
立が少なく、更に、複数の弁体を細長い弁箱に収
容して逆止弁を構成したから、全長も短くなつて
車体の幅方向に沿つて装着することが可能とな
り、各二次空気通路16は排気管と逆止弁18と
の間を交差することなく、配管されるので、二次
空気通路の配管が複雑になる不具合が解消される
などの実用上の効果が大である。
