【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は木材等を集材、積込みして運搬するよ
うになした集材運搬装置に関するものである。従
来、木材等の走行式集材装置において、クローラ
ー式の走行装置の機台にウインチを載置して集材
が出来るようにしたものは一般に知られている
が、このものは機台が狭く、且つ積込装置もない
ので単に軽量の原木を集材するだけで、機台上に
原木を積込んだり運搬することは困難であつた。
一方、車輪走行式のクレーン車等重量級のものは
広い平地での重量物の集材、積込み及び運搬は可
能であるが、車体巾が広く、回行半径も大きすぎ
て道巾の狭い山道等では走行が困難であり、又、
車輪式のため重心が高過ぎて傾斜地での使用にお

本考案はこのような従来の欠陥を改善すること
を目的とし、クローラー式走行機台の一側に走行
操作装置並びにウインチ装置を偏寄させて設け、
他側を広巾な荷台となすと共に、前記ウインチ装
置に近接させて荷台との間にはワイヤ吊架用の支
柱を立設して構成したもので、クローラー走行式
の採用により車巾を広くすることなく重心も低い
ものであり乍ら、ワイヤ吊架用支柱を設けて集
材、積込みを容易となし、且つ、広い荷台の利用
により積込材の運搬ができるようになした事によ
り、従来の欠陥を一挙に解消せしめ、然も前記支
柱をして積込材が直接ウインチ装置等にぶつかつ
てこれを損傷することなきよう配慮し、安全で使
い易いこの種、集材運搬装置を提供せんとするも
のである。本考案を図面に示した実施例によつて
説明すると、図中1はクローラー2に支持された
車台であつて、その一側後部にクローラー2を駆
動するミツシヨンケース3、エンジン4、及び操
作部5が装設されている。上記エンジン4の出力
軸4aとミツシヨンケース3の入力軸はベルト6
伝動により連結されており、操作部5には前後
進、停止、回行等を司るレバー類5aが支架され
ている。上述の如く構成されたものはクローラー
走行車として使用出来るものである。尚、上記自
走式クローラー走行車はハーベスター、コンバイ
ン等既存の作業機を使用し、該作業機に載置され
ているところの脱穀装置部等を除去したものを利
用してもよい。次に、上記車台1上には集材装置
が着脱自在に載置されており、これを詳説する
と、8は荷台であつて、車台1の一側後方に偏寄
して設けたミツシヨンケース3等の部分のみを欠
除した広い面積に形成されており、且つ、車台1
にはボルト9により着脱自在に装架されている。
10はウインチで、ワイヤ11巻付用のドラム1
2を回動自在に支承しており、荷台8上のエンジ
ン4に隣接する位置に配設されている。ウインチ
10のドラム12伝動用の入力軸13に設けた入
力プーリー13aとエンジン4の出力軸4aに設
けたエンジンプーリー4b間に懸架したVベルト
14は、上部側が張り側になつている。15はテ
ンシヨンプーリーで、ウインチ10のフレームに
枢支したクラツチレバー16の一端に設けてあ
り、クラツチレバー16の作動により、Vベルト
14の上部を上から押圧又は離脱せしめて緊緩
し、クラツチ作用が行われるよう構成されてい
る。17は支柱で、ウインチ10装置に近接して
立設してあり、後部ステー18及び側部ステー1
9により強固に補強されている。20は支柱17
の上部に設けた固定フツクであり、その上方にお
いて支柱17に回動自在に支持された1個又は複
数の筒体21にも自在フツク22が設けてある。
27は荷台8の前部で前記ドラム12の巾方向中
央部に対面する位置に設けた固定フツクである。
これらのフツク20,22,27はワイヤ11を
直接に引掛けたり又はワイヤを吊支した滑車23
を引掛けたりするために設けてある。24,25
は荷台8の前部と後部に横設した枕木で、ボルト
