に形成された表皮層6、および熱可塑性接着層7
からなるホツトスタンプシート3を用い、これを
上記蓋部材2の表面に、ホツトプレスあるいはロ
ーラにより220〜230℃、2〜5ton程度で加圧・加
熱して上記表皮層6を接着層7とともに転写せし

分全体が平滑なものでは、僅かな“ソリ”であつ
ても隣接する部材との間に段差が生じ、外観品質
が著しく低下してしまう。そこで従来は、ホツト
スタンプを施した後に、再度加熱して上記の“ソ

成形されている。そして、その表面の被ホツトス
タンプ面13およびその裏面14は、長手方向に
沿つて所定の曲率半径を有する凸曲面に形成され
ている。尚、図では上記凸曲面は誇張して示され
ているが、長さLが250mm程度の部材では例えば
曲率半径10000〜15000mm程度の比較的緩やかな凸
