Conventionally, the workpiece and media are placed in a rotating or planetary rotating barrel tank, and if necessary, water and chemicals are added for polishing, deburring, polishing, mixing, crushing, granulation, etc.
In barrel tanks used in barrel processing machines that perform chemical operations, etc., workpieces that require no dents due to collisions between workpieces or fragile workpieces that are easily deformed by collisions are placed in one barrel tank. Processing work was carried out by charging one workpiece or by installing a partition wall to divide the inside of one barrel tank and loading the workpieces one by one into the partitioned chambers created by the above process. If the spacing between the partition walls is narrow, it is impossible to reach into the partitioned chambers, making it difficult to take out the workpiece, making it particularly unsuitable for machining small workpieces. Therefore, an attempt was made to stack multiple small barrel tanks each loaded with a single small workpiece and attach them to a barrel case for machining. It is necessary to stack or disassemble the barrels one after another, which has the drawback of requiring a great deal of labor and space.

However, according to this invention, a plurality of unit barrel tanks are stacked on top of each other, and each barrel tank can be rotated using the assembly rod inserted into the protruding piece at one end of the unit barrel tank as a fulcrum, so that the unit barrel tanks can be stacked in a stacked state. It is now possible to quickly load or unload a workpiece, thus solving the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method. In addition, since one workpiece is charged into the unit barrel tank, there are no dents on the workpiece, and the capacity of the unit barrel tank for one workpiece can be made extremely small, increasing the effective utilization rate and reducing waste. It has advantages such as:

Thereby, the barrel tank is assembled so as not to slip out from the pipe 14. Reference numeral 18 denotes a protruding shaft installed on the fixed plate 19, and as shown in Fig. 3, the pipe 14 of the barrel tank is fitted into this protruding shaft 18 to maintain the stability of the unit barrel tank, and to charge and load workpieces. This facilitates operations such as removal. The stacked unit barrel tanks 1, 1a, 1b,...

In short, this idea consists of stacking a plurality of unit barrel tanks, allowing each unit barrel tank to rotate around an assembly hole on one side, and each unit barrel tank having a cylindrical shape with a bottom (that is, a container with a bottom and no lid). That is,
By rotating the unit barrel tank using the assembly hole as a fulcrum, it is eccentric from the stacked row, making it easy to take in and out workpieces. Therefore, it can be employed regardless of the shape, thickness, etc. of the barrel tank, and regardless of whether it is a rotating barrel or a planetary rotating barrel. Further, the assembly rod for the assembly hole does not necessarily have to be a pipe, but may of course be a round bar, and the position of the assembly hole is not limited to the embodiment.

As described above, according to this invention, a plurality of unit barrel tanks are stacked one on top of the other, and each of the unit barrel tanks can be rotated using the mounting rod on one side of the unit barrel tank as a fulcrum. There is no need to disassemble it into individual barrel tanks when loading or unloading. Therefore, it is possible to carry out incidental work extremely quickly, and the work does not take up much space, so that it is possible to efficiently process small or various types of workpieces.

In addition, the multiple stacked barrel tanks are fixed together with the barrel lid inside the barrel holding frame, so even in a planetary rotating barrel polishing machine, there is no leakage between the barrel tanks, and it is ensured. This has the effect of allowing polishing work to be performed.
