As described above, in the case of dehydrating washing machines for export, depending on the circumstances of the destination country, there are cases in which the overflow drain of the water receiving tank of domestic market dehydrating washing machines is completely blocked, and cases where this overflow drain is completely blocked. The opening is placed in a high position to prevent water from overflowing during washing or spin-drying, and overflowing water due to failures of water supply valves, pressure switches, etc. may be collected and discharged from one place, and these conditions are satisfied. In order to do this, they used a stopper or a pipe-shaped joint to meet these conditions. However, in the past, a stopper or pipe-shaped joint was fixed at the bottom of the overflow drain, so water from washing and rinsing would accumulate in the overflow drain, causing the water to sway due to vibrations during spin drying. There was a problem with the water being rotten and making a noise. In other words, washing
After rinsing, water 22 accumulates as shown in the figure, and as mentioned earlier, when dehydrating, you may hear the sound of the water shaking.
There was a risk that it would rot due to stagnation. Because of the water pressure, there were times when the taps would come off.

In order to reduce these waters 20 and 22, the cylindrical protrusion 18 provided at the overflow drain port 6 should be placed as upwardly as possible, but in a natural drainage type dehydrating washing machine for the domestic market, the water Receiving tank 5
It is preferable to make the cylindrical protrusion 18 downward as much as possible from the perspective of mold forming, as this will improve the moldability and make the connected overflow hose (not shown) as short as possible, which will also reduce the cost. In a dewatering washing machine with a drain pump for export, which has a low production volume, the water receiving tank 5 is shared, so as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, a stopper 19 and a joint 21 are required. There were some flaws like this.

Furthermore, with conventional configurations, water accumulates during shipping inspection after assembly at the factory, making it difficult to remove the water, and shipping inspection while the adhesive applied to make it watertight has not sufficiently dried. There was an inconvenient problem in that water leakage occurred due to the pressure of the water that had accumulated in the tank, and watertightness was often not maintained.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIGS. 5 and 6, reference numeral 23 denotes a plug made of synthetic resin or the like, and when the overflow drain port 6 is to be closed, a closing portion 25 at the upper end of the generally cylindrical portion 24 formed integrally with the plug is inserted. In order to raise the overflow position without blocking the provided overflow drain port 6, the open portion 26 at the upper end of the substantially cylindrical portion 24 is used. Since these two types of members 25 and 26 differ only in their upper ends, they can be easily processed by using a common mold and by post-processing or by changing the core of the mold.

Reference numeral 27 denotes an inscribed portion along the inner surface of the overflow drain port 6, and its outer periphery has the same shape as the upper inner side of the overflow drain port 6. In addition, a contact portion 28 is provided for positioning to confirm that it is completely fitted into the drain port 6, and prevents it from entering below the upper end of the drain port 6. On the outer periphery of the upper part of the inner part 27 which is below the contact part 28 for positioning and which fits into the drain port 6,
A groove 29 is formed around the entire circumference, and if adhesive is applied to that part or the outer periphery of the inner part below that part when preparing for assembly, the adhesive will be poured during assembly to make it watertight. .

Watertight fitting of synthetic resin parts to each other is extremely difficult due to the molding conditions of the parts or variations in materials, etc. by simply fitting the parts together, and it is difficult to do so without using an auxiliary member.Generally, this auxiliary member is bonded. Agents are often used.

If there is no groove 29 on the outer periphery of the inscribed portion 27 that fits into the overflow drain outlet 6 of the plug 23, even if adhesive is applied to the outer periphery of the inscribed portion 27 that fits into the overflow drain outlet 6 of the plug 23, most of the adhesive will protrude from the top when they are fitted together and will not be used effectively.

The plug body 23 made of synthetic resin or the like is attached to a flat part 30 horizontal to the upper end of the overflow drain port 6.
After providing the substantially cylindrical portion 24, the substantially cylindrical portion 24 is formed.
When using the upper end of 4 as an open part 26, the domestic market is designed to reduce the chance that water will jump in due to fluctuations in the liquid level during normal washing and dehydration, and then run down the pipe and drip onto the floor. This is to make the opening smaller than the opening of the overflow drain port 6 for overflowing water in a natural drainage type washing machine.

However, if the opening of this opening 26 is too small, water overflow due to malfunction of the water supply valve etc.
6, it will not flow out completely and will overflow from the upper part of the fuselage, so it goes without saying that it is necessary to select it appropriately.

In this embodiment, the flat part 30 is provided and the substantially cylindrical part 24 is formed to make the width narrower than the original width of the overflow drain port 6.
It is not necessary to provide the flat part 30, as long as the width of the open part 26 is narrower than the width of the overflow drain port 6.

To explain the operation of the above configuration, the overflow drain port 6 formed integrally with the water receiving tank 5 of the dehydrating washing machine is plugged with the plug body 23 at the top, so water does not accumulate as in the conventional case. Also, since water does not accumulate, water pressure will not be applied and it will not leak out. Furthermore, since the fitting work in the assembly work is performed at the upper part of the overflow drain port 6, manual work is required in a narrow space such as when fitting from the upper side to the lower cylindrical protrusion part 18 like a conventional joint. It is not difficult to insert. In addition, since a groove 29 for an adhesive reservoir is formed on the upper outer periphery of the inner part 27 that fits into the overflow drain port 6 of the plug body 23, watertightness is reliably maintained and contact for positioning is ensured. Since the part 28 is formed, during assembly work,
Since it is sufficient to push the contact portion 28 for positioning until it hits the upper end of the overflow drain port 6, the work can be done easily and extremely quickly. Moreover, unlike the conventional plug 19 and joint 21, the plug body 23 can be manufactured without separately manufacturing molds.
By simply switching between the presence and absence of an opening on the upper end surface of the substantially cylindrical portion 24, the opening and closing mold at the upper position of the overflow drain port 6 can be used in common for processing, and thus the cost can be reduced.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the dehydrating washing machine of the present invention has a stopper that fits into the overflow drain port of the water receiving tank, and the stopper has an internal structure that fits into the upper part of the overflow drain port. Since a groove is formed on the outer periphery of the adhesive for the adhesive to accumulate, there is no place for water to accumulate, which solves the problems of the conventional method, and also makes it possible to improve workability at a low cost. .
