本考案はヘツダー管及び集熱フインを覆うヘツ
ダーカバーを備えた平板型集熱器に関するもので

A′断面図である第2図にも示すように、略円形
の嵌着部4でもつて集熱パイプ2各々に嵌着され
ており、この嵌着部4の両側に板状のフイン5,
5が連接している。この集熱フイン3の上面は黒
色処理がなされており、太陽熱を吸収して集熱パ
イプ2中を通つている熱媒体に、この太陽熱を熱
伝導でもつて伝える。この吸収された太陽熱は、
ヘツダー管1及び集熱器と蓄熱槽とを連通する戻

された断熱材Aの上にヘツダ管1、集熱パイプ2
及び集熱フイン3が載置されるためヘツダー管1
と集熱フイン3との隙間から断熱材Aが見えると
見栄えが悪い。このため、ヘツダー管1及びロウ
づけした接合部を覆う如く板金製のヘツダーカバ
ー7を被せる。このヘツダーカバー7は第4図に
も示すように略コ字状に折曲されており、ヘツダ
管1の側方より挿入してヘツダー管1に挾着す
る。コ字状カバー7の上方7aは放熱フイン3の
端部覆う如く当接しており、この上方7aより側
方に集熱フイン3に係着する折り曲げ片8が突出
している。従来集熱器の組み立てにおいて、この
折り曲げ片8は組み立て易さの点で人力によつて
曲げているため、第2図に示すように折り曲げ片
8は略V字状に折れ曲がり、それにともなつてフ
イン5も上方に反る、というような不都合があつ
