この考案は変圧器などの冷却に使用される熱交

従来のものは第1図〜第3図に示すように、チ
ユーブエレメント1を積層し、集束管3で連結し
て各チユーブエレメント1を並列にし、各チユー
ブエレメント1と集束管3との間、及び隣接した
各チユーブエレメント1の開口部の長辺側の端面
間はそれぞれM1,M2で示すように溶接して接合

この考案は上記欠点を解消するためになされた
ものである。以下、図について説明する。第4図
のチユーブエレメント1は各部の断面が第5図〜
第7図に示す形状のものである。すなわち、チユ
ーブエレメント1は2枚の薄鉄板からなり、中間
部は第5図に示すように浅い波形面をなし、媒体
の流路を形成している。端面は第6図に示すよう
に長方形の開口部1aが形成されていて、中間部
の波形面の高さより端面部1bの高さは高くなつ
ている。第7図は長手方向の断面を示す。第8図
は同一形状同一寸法のチユーブエレメント1を複
数枚積層した場合の断面図を示す。隣接するエレ
メントの端面1cの接合はクリツプ2を挿入して
後、数個所をスポツト溶接で仮止めした後、密封
性を持たせるために亜鉛引きを行う。この構成に
よつて、従来のチユーブエレメント1自体にその
まま即ち、それに何ら特別の構造を付加すること
なく、従来必要であつた開口部長辺側の薄板溶接
作業がなくなり、従つて作業に対する熟練度が不
必要で製作が容易かつ大量生産に好都合で安価と

鉛引きして連結する構成としたことを特徴とする
