クを前傾きせて車室とトランクルームとを連通さ
せた状態の同実施例の全体の斜視図、第２図はそ
のシートバツクのフレームとヘツドレストとの連
結構造を示す分解斜視図、第３図はその連結構造
の一部を縦断した正面図、第４図はそのロツク装
置の縦断側面図、第５図は第４図の−線断面
図、第６図は一部を断面で示した第５図の矢視
図、第７図は第５図の−線断面図である。 １はリヤシート、２はシートクツシヨン、３は
リヤシートバツク（シートバツク）、４は車室、
５はトランクルーム、６は車体、７は係止部材（
ストライカ）、９はヘツドレスト、１４はキーシ
リンダ、１７は操作部材（ノブ）、２７はロツク
部材である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 車室とトランクルームとを仕切るリヤシート
    バツクを前傾自在に設け、このリヤシートバツク
    を前傾させたときに車室とトランクルームとが連
    通され、上記リヤシートバツクには、車体に設け
    られた係止部材と係合して該リヤシートバツクを
    起立状態に保持するロツク部材と、該ロツク部材
    のロツク作用を解除する操作部材とを備えた自動
    車のリヤシート装置に於いて、上記リヤシートバ
    ツクの上側にヘツドレストを水平方向に回動自在
    に設け、上記ヘツドレストをヘツドレストとして
    使用する通常の位置に位置させたときこのヘツド
    レストの下側に位置し、このヘツドレストを通常
    の位置から所定の角度以上水平方向に回動させた
    時に露出するリアシートの上端の一部分に上記操
    作部材を配置させたことを特徴とする自動車のリ
    ヤシート装置。 ２ 上記ヘツドレストは、シートバツクに係止さ
    れるヘツドレストロツク部材とキーシリンダとを
    有し、キーシリンダの操作によつて水平方向に回
    動自在であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の自動車のリヤシート装置。
