SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to improve the disadvantages of the above-mentioned conventional examples, and in particular to provide an applicator for heating therapy that can miniaturize the entire device and enable rapid treatment of a living body. . [Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, in the present invention, a case body is provided which has an electromagnetic wave power feeding section at one end and an opening for electromagnetic wave radiation at the other end, and In the heating therapy applicator equipped with a radio wave lens part on the side and a cooling mechanism in the electromagnetic wave radiation opening, the electromagnetic wave feeding part has a relatively small attenuation of electromagnetic waves and a relatively large dielectric constant. In addition to filling a dielectric material such as machine oil, the inner wall of the electromagnetic wave power supply section is provided with a dielectric plate on a plane parallel to the electric field component of the electromagnetic wave, thereby achieving the above purpose. This is what we are trying to achieve. [First Embodiment of the Invention] The first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 6 to 8.
This will be explained based on the diagram. In these figures, 10 indicates a case body, and 20 indicates a cooling mechanism. The case body 10
is composed of a feeding part waveguide 11 and a lens part waveguide 12. Among them, the power feeding part waveguide 11
is equipped with an excitation antenna 13 and a coaxial connector 13A. For this reason, the coaxial connector 13
The electromagnetic waves sent through A are efficiently introduced into the case body 10. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the power feeding part waveguide 11 is filled with machine oil 11B as a dielectric member with less attenuation of electromagnetic waves. 11A is
A dielectric plate for enclosing the machine oil is shown.
This dielectric plate 11A is made of a material that has relatively low attenuation of electromagnetic waves. On the other hand, the lens portion waveguide 12 is open at both left and right end views in the figure, and has a radio wave lens portion 1 inside.
6, and an inflow/outflow section 17 for cooling water is provided at the center of the outside as shown in the figure. Among these, the radio wave lens section 16 includes a metal plate 16A having different lengths,
16A, . . . are used, and as shown in FIG. 7, a short metal plate 16A is provided in the center, and long metal plates 16A are provided on the inner wall at equal intervals. Therefore, the electromagnetic waves sent to the radio wave lens section 16 are first gradually divided from the metal plate 16A on the inner wall side, and the radio wave lens section 16 has a matching effect. ing. In addition, a dielectric plate 19 having a relatively high dielectric constant and low attenuation is attached to the inner wall of the case body 10 in parallel to the direction E of the electric field of the electromagnetic wave, so that the dielectric plate 19 has a relatively high dielectric constant and low attenuation. In addition, the disadvantage of the conventional example that radio wave energy is concentrated in the center (see FIG. 5) is greatly improved. Furthermore, as shown in the figure, the cooling mechanism 20 includes an abutting support plate 21 made of a dielectric plate curved to fit the living body (see A in FIG. 1), and an abutting support plate 21 fixed to the outside of the abutting support plate 21. The contact plate 22 is made up of a contact plate 22 and a soft film member 23 sealed on the outside of the contact plate 22. Of these,
In the center of the contact support plate 21, there is a square through hole 2 that matches the radiation opening 10A of the case body 10.
As shown in FIG. The structure allows the coolant to flow very naturally. In this embodiment, the cooling liquid used in the cooling mechanism 20 is water (relative permittivity ε r =80.36; however,
20℃, measurement wavelength ∞) is used. A plurality of cooling water inflow/outflow portions 20A and 20B are each symmetrically provided at the peripheral end of the cooling mechanism 20,
This makes it possible to appropriately select and set the direction in which the cooling water flows. 11F, 1
2F indicates a flange portion for attachment and detachment. The first embodiment configured in this manner has a structure with good impedance matching with little reflection from the excitation antenna 13 to the outer end of the radio wave lens section 16, and as a result, the above-mentioned electromagnetic waves There is an advantage that the electromagnetic waves sent from a magnetron or the like as a generating means can be efficiently sent out to the outside, and in particular, since the electromagnetic wave power supply waveguide 11 is filled with machine oil, the electromagnetic wave power supply waveguide 11 can be efficiently transmitted. It is possible to reduce the size to 1/√ r , or approximately 2/3 (however, when the relative permittivity of machine oil ε r ≒ 2.2), the overall size can be reduced, and the split type and Therefore, there is an advantage that radio wave lens sections equipped with various shapes of cooling mechanisms etc. can be prepared in advance and the optimum radio wave lens section corresponding to the treatment area of the living body can be selected. [Second Embodiment] Next, a second embodiment will be described based on FIGS. 9 and 10. In this embodiment, the inflow/outflow portions 17 for the cooling water described above are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the back center of the contact support plate 21 in FIG. is shortened to reduce the attenuation of electromagnetic waves. That is, the radio wave lens section 32 used includes a plurality of metal plates 32A, 32A, . . . arranged at equal intervals, and the outer metal plate 32A is longer than the inner metal plate 32A. . 33,3
4 indicates a degassing means. This degassing means 33, 34
In this method, a small amount of internal cooling liquid is constantly allowed to flow out from the relevant location, thereby releasing internal air bubbles to the outside. 50 indicates a sealing member. Other configurations are as described above.
It is the same as the example. Even in this case, in addition to having the same effect as the first embodiment described above, the radio wave lens section 32 can be arranged along the curved surface of the contact support plate 21 of the cooling mechanism 20, and therefore, Overall, the overall length of the case body 10 is shortened, and the power feeding part waveguide 1 is
There is an advantage that one portion can be formed long, thereby reducing the attenuation of electromagnetic waves. [Third Embodiment] Next, a third embodiment will be described based on FIGS. 11 and 12. This embodiment is an embodiment in which electromagnetic waves of a relatively high frequency are used, and the width W of the power feeding section waveguide 41 portion is formed smaller than that of the above-mentioned embodiments, and the radio wave lens section is 43 is designed to be more compact. in this case,
Each metal piece 43A, 43A,... of the radio wave lens part 43
... are of the same size, and the distance between them is set to become narrower toward the outside. The other configurations are the same as those of the second embodiment described above. Even in this case, in addition to having the same function and effect as the second embodiment described above, the overall size and weight can be reduced in response to high frequency electromagnetic waves, and therefore it is easier to handle. It has the advantage of speeding up treatment. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a case body having an electromagnetic wave power feeding section at one end and an opening for electromagnetic wave radiation at the other end, and In the heating therapy applicator, which is equipped with a radio wave lens part and a cooling mechanism in the electromagnetic wave radiation opening, the electromagnetic wave feeding part is equipped with a machine having a relatively small attenuation of electromagnetic waves and a relatively large dielectric constant. In addition to filling a dielectric material such as oil, we have adopted a structure in which a dielectric plate is arranged on the inner wall of the electromagnetic wave feeding section in a plane parallel to the electric field component of the electromagnetic wave, so that dielectric material such as machine oil can be filled with dielectric material such as machine oil. Due to the action of the members, the loss of electromagnetic energy within the applicator is reduced, and the entire device can be made more compact. As a result, it is easy to handle, allowing rapid treatment of the living body, and the action of the dielectric plate on the side wall The electromagnetic wave energy propagating within the applicator is almost uniformly dispersed, and therefore the radio wave lens section can effectively apply a lens effect to the electromagnetic waves being sent out, which allows the electromagnetic wave energy to be efficiently focused. It is possible to provide an unprecedented and superior applicator for heating therapy that can be delivered to the inside of a living body.
