部を嵌合できる凹部7,7′を内側面より打圧成
形して止着するようにしても良い。

のごとく、加工的に衝撃力を加えることもないた
め、被加熱物との接触面にヘコミ・損傷等が生じ
ることがなく、良好な接触状態を保ち得るもの
で、電熱線の接触不良による過熱断線事故の発生
も完全に防止し得たものである。また係止一体化
された上記締付バンドが長穴の範囲にて周方向に
移動可能としたので、非可動状態に一体化された
従来例と異なり、バンドヒータを被加熱物に取付
ける際、締付バンドがヒータ表面を滑動し、締付
けが極めて容易にかつ確実に行われ、良好な締付
状態、ひいては被加熱面との良好な接触状態を得
ることができるという利点を有している。またヒ
ートサイクル等によつて生じた締付バンドの弛緩
に対しても、増し締め補正を効果的に行うことが
でき、常に被加熱物への良好な密着状態を確保す
ることができるので、長期の使用においても過熱
断線事故を有効に防止し得るものである。さらに
また、一定の許容範囲を持つた長穴に対して係止
部材を嵌挿係止させるので、精密かつ複雑な位置
合せ等が不要であつて簡易な加工を施すだけでよ
く、安価に市場に供給できるものである。またヒ
ータと締付バンドとが一体化していない既存のバ
ンドヒータにも後加工によつて簡単に適用するこ
とができ、極めて実用的価値の高いバンドヒータ
を提供したものである。
