Conventional road pavements have mostly been pavements made by pouring concrete, concrete block pavements, or asphalt pavements. This conventional pavement often causes slips when cars drive or pedestrians walk on it, and especially during rainy weather, the road surface does not drain well and forms puddles, making the road surface slippery and unsafe.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a hollow concrete block used for lightly loaded paved surfaces of arbitrary shapes, and the inner surface of the hollow body is formed into a tapered hole at an appropriate angle depending on the shape. If necessary, reinforcing bars can be inserted into the concave and convex portions of the mating end and inserted into the concrete. 1′
is a tapered hole formed on the inner surface of the hollow concrete block. This taper hole is a taper hole into which a natural wood or plastic pseudo-wood block body is fitted. 1" is a permeable groove that absorbs and permeates surface water formed on the inner surface of the 1-tapered hole, and is formed at an appropriate location depending on the shape and size of the concrete block. 2" is a hollow body used for a heavy-load pavement surface of an arbitrary shape. The inner surface of the hollow body assembled with integral concrete blocks according to the size is formed into a tapered hole with an appropriate angle. This is also done by inserting reinforcing bars into the concrete and fitting unevenness at the mating end as necessary as described above. 2' is a tapered hole formed on the inner surface of the aggregate hollow body of the hollow concrete blocks of 2, into which a natural wood or plastic pseudo-wood block body of an appropriate angle is fitted. 2'' is formed on the inner surface of the 2' tapered hole. Water permeable grooves that absorb and permeate surface water are formed at appropriate locations depending on the shape and size of the concrete block. Reference numeral 3 denotes a natural wood or plastic pseudo-wood block formed with a tapered peripheral surface to fit into the tapered hole on the inner surface of the hollow bodies 1 and 2. 4 is a water drainage groove formed for each natural tree or plastic artificial tree. 5 is a sand layer made by laying sand or gravel of an appropriate thickness on the top surface of the leveled and compacted road surface to ensure water permeability and stability of the pavement. This sand layer stabilizes the blocks and absorbs water from the pavement surface. No. 6 is a paving method in which natural wood blocks or plastic pseudo-wood blocks are directly buried while concrete, asphalt, or mortar is poured. 7 is the surface road surface of the leveled foundation.

In addition, natural wood blocks made by cutting logs into rings, as shown in Figure 9, are cut to a thickness that is selected according to the load conditions of the road. Because it has a natural tapered shape, it is strong against loads when buried in a paved surface.

As mentioned above, natural wood blocks or plastic imitation wood blocks (hereinafter referred to as wood grain blocks) are used to protect road surfaces from slipping when cars are running or when pedestrians are walking, and they also absorb and permeate puddles during rainy weather, allowing them to maintain their true value at all times. It has excellent effects and features, such as forming a stable roadbed, improving the maneuverability of vehicles, and ensuring the safety of pedestrians.

This wood grain block is highly effective for roadways, sidewalks, parking lots, parks, plazas, etc., and can be used not only for pavements but also for buildings to create a unique exterior or interior with a completely different look. You can also add elegance by making the wood grain cross-grained.

Furthermore, the natural wood grain blocks are treated to be anti-corrosive and non-combustible, so durability can be maintained. The unique vertical wood grain, which is a complex natural wood grain, is not only resistant to abrasion but also represents natural beauty and has an excellent design effect. Paving with wood grain blocks not only prevents slipping and provides good water permeability, but also absorbs impact noise and eliminates echoes.
