本考案は、例えば自動車の空気調和装置のクー
リングボツクスなどの空気調和装置用ボツクスに

士が密着するように構成したものである。

内側に、発泡スチロール等よりなる遮音・保温性
に富んだ遮音保温板10を張設してあり、ケース
外側にはU字状溝13aを有し、ケース内側には
外部筐体9の凹凸面13の内面と張設した遮音保
温板10により形成された空間部14を設けてい
る。前記両上・下部ケースC,Dは係合して一つ
のクーリングボツクスを構成している。そして、
クーリングボツクスの外部筐体7及び9の凹凸面
11及び13による面共振吸収作用により外部雑
音の増幅を防ぎ、遮音保温板8及び10と空間部
12及び14による遮音作用により外部雑音の透
過音を防ぎ、クーリングボツクスから車室内への
外部雑音、特にエンジン音の伝達を完全に防止し
ている。しかも、遮音保温板8,10と空間部1
2,14による保温作用によつて冷却効果が増大
され、従つて雑音の少ない所定の気温の快適な車
室内環境が得られる。また外部筐体7,9に凹凸
部11,13を設けることによる強化構造によつ
て、安価にして信頼できる強靭なクーリングボツ

いずれの係合着脱部15及び係合固定部19も充
分な気密性を保たれ、良好な遮音効果及び保温効

るように構成したものであるから、遮音保温板同
士の接合部からの音の漏れが防止される。しか
も、遮音保温板及び空間部による保温作用により
充分な保温が維持でき、従つて清閑で且つ所望の
温度の快適な車室となりうる。その上凹凸面によ
る外部筐体の強度強化によつて信頼でき強靭なボ
ツクスとなり得るのである。
