A connecting portion 12 is provided on the outer circumference of the outer member 2 on the outdoor side, and a connecting portion 13 that fits with the connecting portion 12 of the inner member 2 is provided on the indoor side of the outer member 3, and the connecting portion 12 of the inner member 2 and the outer member 3 are provided. A structure is shown in which an integral window frame 1 is constructed by fitting and fixing the connecting portions 13 of the 2 and 3, and the inner and outer members 2 and 3 are further tightened with screws. It is also complicated and difficult to manufacture and assemble.

Although they are connected by fitting, this alone is not sufficient and a screw-fastening structure is used, which is complicated and uneconomical in that two means are required for almost the same purpose.

A storage section 7 for a desiccant 8 is provided by the plate 6, and a glass plate G,
The air sealed between G′ is extracted outside from a suitable location on the window frame to create a near-vacuum condition, but although it is said to be soundproof, the soundproofing effect is insufficient.

を要旨するものである。(Means for solving the problem) In view of the above, the present invention uses a frame made of a single material of light alloy, has a simple structure and can be easily expanded, and has a light metal frame with an approximately I-shaped cross section. , or cross-section abbreviation I
A protrusion is provided in the vicinity of the web extension part of the front and back flange parts of the light metal frame, which is made by fitting and connecting a part of the web with a material that has heat insulation properties and rigidity as a structural material. A glass whose edge is covered with a gasket having a substantially U-shaped cross section is attached to the corner formed by the protrusion and the flange edge, and both the protrusion and the U-shaped gasket are held together by a single piece of presser through the gasket. The glass is fixed by pressing with a plate and fixing the holding plate to the protrusion with screws, etc., while the I-shaped or U-shaped recess is filled with a sound absorbing material and its surface is covered with a perforated plate. This is a summary of double glazed soundproof windows.

る。A. Regarding the connection of two members made of different materials The structure of the prior art is too complicated, whereas the present invention is based on members with a simple I-shaped structure, and has an extremely simple structure and is economical. It has become a thing. As for heat insulation, when manufacturing the I-shaped member, a heat-insulating member is fitted into the web and connected, and after the connection, the structure is simple so that it can be handled as a single I-shaped structural member.

About the glass fixing method When fixing the glass, the structure is such that the glass can be stably placed at the corner of the approximately I-shaped cross section, which is made up of the protrusion at the top of the flange and the flange edge. The structure is such that the holding plate is screwed in from the front of the glass, making it easy to work with.

About soundproofing The cavity surrounded by the I-shaped flange and web is filled with sound-absorbing material on both sides or one side and then covered with a perforated plate, which prevents echoes inside the double-glazed glass and is extremely effective in soundproofing. are doing.
Attached Figure 4 shows the experimental results on this point. The dotted line in Figure 4 shows the noise attenuation, or transmission loss, of a double-glazed soundproof window without sound-absorbing material, and the solid line in the same figure shows the perforated panel with sound-absorbing material filled inside the frame on all four sides. The figure shows the transmission loss when covered with Comparing these two curves, we found that by filling the recessed part inside the frame with sound-absorbing material and covering it with a perforated plate, it was possible to reduce the noise frequency range that is particularly common.
It can be seen that the transmission loss increases significantly at around 1000Hz, that is, the soundproofing effect increases. It goes without saying that the effect of the sound-absorbing material is exerted to some extent even when some of the frames are filled with the sound-absorbing material, not all four frames.

It is possible to prevent noise from propagating inside due to the resonance of the glass.
Changing the thickness of the glass can also be applied when the required strength is different between the front and back sides.

Expansion of double-glazed soundproof windows The structure allows both glasses of a continuous window on the left and right sides of the roughly I-shaped flange to be fixed at the same time with one holding plate, making it easy to create a continuous window. In addition, the structure is such that sound absorbing material can be filled into the recesses on both sides of the I-shaped member, and structural considerations have been made so that it can be easily continued without losing the soundproofing effect.

For example, a hook-shaped protrusion 105 is provided near the extension of the front and back flanges 102 and 103.
A glass 111 whose edge 110 is covered with a gasket 109 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and having a protrusion 108 on the inner side of the corner 107 formed by the protruding portion 105 and the flange edge 106 is attached to the left and right in a direction perpendicular to the web 104. Then, both the protruding portion 105 and the U-shaped gasket 109 are connected to each other via a gasket 112.
A cover 11 is fitted onto the holding plate 113 to secure the glass by tightening the holding plate 113 with screws 114, etc., while the cover 11 fits tightly to the holding plate 113 in order to hide the screws and maintain the aesthetic appearance.
