2. Description of the Related Art Double-layer glass is known in which a transparent heat ray reflecting plate or film is interposed between a pair of glasses that are spaced apart from each other to provide a heat insulating effect. By the way, in such double-layer glass, especially those using a film-like material such as a transparent heat ray reflective film, it is necessary to fix the edges of the film-like material between the glass sheets, but conventionally, glass is assembled into a multi-layered glass. Because the film was attached using a method such as clamping it at the same time as it was attached, it was not possible to stretch it sufficiently, and wrinkles were likely to occur on the surface of the film. It was hot.

The present invention aims to eliminate such drawbacks, and its purpose is to improve the appearance of double-layered glass in which a film-like material is interposed between the glasses, especially by preventing wrinkles in the film-like material. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide double-layer glass that can improve marketability.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention involves attaching a film-like material to a rod-shaped support frame with a U-shaped cross section, extending uniformly in the vertical and horizontal directions, and attaching this support frame to a rod-shaped support frame with a U-shaped cross section. It is fitted into a positioning shape formed on a spacer member for glass bonding interposed therebetween, and the direction of this fitting is the direction in which the film-like body is stretched;
In addition, the end portion of the film-like body is assembled so as to be sandwiched between the support frame body and the spacer member, so that uniform stretching tension can be applied to the end portion of the film-like body so that the film-like body can be stretched. It is characterized by the following.

It is assumed that the double-layer glass indicated by the reference numeral 1 in the figure is, for example, rectangular as a whole and is window glass for a building. This double-layer glass 1 has a pair of glass plates 2 and 3 on both sides separated by a predetermined width and facing each other in parallel planes. A spacer member 4 is interposed at the end between each glass plate 2 and 3 slightly inside the end of the glass, and a sealing material 5 is further filled from the outside of the spacer member 4 to the end of the glass. As shown in FIG. 1, the spacer member 4 includes a horizontal lower surface 4a, inclined surfaces 4b and 4c that are inclined upward from both sides thereof, and side surfaces 4d and 4e that are perpendicular upward from both ends of these inclined surfaces 4b and 4c and contact each glass surface. This side 4d, 4
Bend inward from e, one horizontal upper half surface 4f, the other slightly upwardly inclined upper half surface 4g, and fold each inner end of this upper half surface 4f and upper inclined half surface 4g downward at approximately the center between the glasses. A step surface 4j is formed between the step surface 4j, the upper half surface 4f, and the inner surface of the glass 2, and a recess formed by the step surface 4j, the upper half surface 4f, and the inner surface of the glass 2 becomes a positioning shape portion 6 of the support frame described later.

Further, 8 is a film-like material, for example, a transparent heat ray reflective film made of a polyester film and a transparent heat ray reflective layer (for example, manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc. under the trade name "Lumisola" or manufactured by Sumitomo Three M, etc.).
Use the product name “Scotchitaint” etc.). The film-like body 8 is cut to be somewhat larger than the outer shape of the support frame 7. Then, it is applied to the side surface of the support frame 7 in a state where it is stretched uniformly in the vertical and horizontal directions to eliminate wrinkles, etc., that is, while maintaining its flatness, and further, more than half of the outer surface of the support frame 7 is pasted. The support frame 7 and the spacer member 4 are adhered to cover each other to strengthen the adhesion, and metal contact between the support frame 7 and the spacer member 4 is avoided to prevent abnormal noises that may occur during use. Note that silicone, epoxy, etc. can be used as the adhesive used for pasting.

The double glazed unit, indicated by the reference numeral 20 in the figure, is constructed by assembling glass plates 23 and 24 to a main body 21 with a sealant 22, and the glass plates are spaced apart by a predetermined width and face each other in parallel planes as in FIG. 1. A spacer member 25 is interposed between each of the glass plates 23 and 24, and this spacer member 25 is an integrally molded product made of a synthetic resin material, and a positioning portion 26 protruding from its upper surface with a rectangular cross section is also integrally molded. It has been done. This shaped portion 26 is formed biased to one side, and one side is located at the center of the spacer member 25.
