滅菌用蒸気を流入充満せしめる。そして所望の滅
菌工程が終了した後、給蒸管13の開閉弁12を
閉路し、再び真空ポンプ15を駆動してチヤンバ
ー1内を負圧状態ならしめ、次いで外気導入管1
6の開閉弁12″を開路してチヤンバー1の天井
壁19に設けた噴出口18,18,18より加熱
した外気を導入し、且つチヤンバー1内を循環せ
しめて、より高温の温風ならしめ濡れた被滅菌物
の単時間乾燥を完了して全工程を終了するように
