Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
合成樹脂製成形物を成形する際に剛性を付与す
るために鉄パイプ、鉄棒等の補強芯で補強するこ
とが行なわれているが、補強芯で補強された合成
樹脂製成形物は内部に補強芯が存在することによ
つて補強芯の長手方向の成形収縮が不均一とな
り、成形物に歪が生じた。このような欠点を解消
するために鋭意研究を進めた結果、本発明者等は
補強芯の端部を合成樹脂外に露出させることによ
つて補強芯の長手方向の成形収縮を均一とし、成
形物に歪が生じることを防止し得ることを見出し
た。本発明は補強芯の端部を合成樹脂外に露出さ
せるために金型内で補強芯の端部を挾持する補強
