第１図は本考案の一実施例の換気扇梱包用緩衝
材を梱包箱に収めた状態で示す平面図、第２図は
その展開図、第３図は使用状態の説明図である。
図において、１は梱包箱、２は枠部、３は支保部
、４は換気扇、５は剛性紙、６は重ね代、７は切
り溝である。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当
部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 各短辺側と長辺を等分する縦中心線の両側
とにそれぞれ所定幅の重ね代を設け、長辺に平行
な横中心線上に短辺側の重ね代を残して連続する
切り溝を設けてなる長方形の剛性紙を、前記切り
溝において二つ折りにして二重となすとともに、
両端の重ね代同志と中央の隣接する重ね代同志を
各々重ね合わせて結合させて全体をおし拡げ、換
気扇の風洞部を収める四角形の筒形の枠部と梱包
箱内で前記枠部を中央に保持する枠部の四箇所の
角部において外側に突き出す二重構造の重ね代に
よる支保部とを形成したことを特徴とする換気扇
梱包用緩衝材。 (2) 切り溝が横に直線状に形成されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の換気扇梱包用緩衝材。 (3) 切り溝がクランク状に形成されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の換気扇梱包用緩衝材。
