陰極フイラメントが配設されてなるＸ線管の陰極
構体において、 上記集束溝の少なくとも上記陰極フイラメント
に対面する部分の表面に、高抵抗酸化膜が形成さ
れてなることを特徴とするＸ線管の陰極構体。 (2) 上記集束電極はクロムを含有する合金から
なり、かつ上記高抵抗酸化膜は酸化クロム膜であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＸ線管の
陰極構体。 (3) 上記高抵抗酸化膜はアルミナ溶射膜である
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＸ線管の陰
