われない場合には、ラツピング加工においてはワ
ークの乾燥による砥粒の固着が生じ、また、ポリ
ツシング加工においてはエツチングによりワーク
表面の品質低下を来し易い。

間を回動可能に配設し、上記交換部に設けた槽の
内部に、加工の終了したワークを洗浄するための
部材とワーク取付用ブロツクの受台とを兼ねる円
板をモータにより回転自在に配設すると共に、上
記ワーク取付用ブロツクの交換時における位置決
め板を配設したことをその特徴とするものであ
る。
