【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、グリースと共に鋼球を組付ける装置
に関する。

塗込める装置が記載されている。この例では通常
のボールベアリングの如く複数個の鋼球を環状に
並べているが、次のような鋼球の使い方もある。
すなわち第1図に示すのはジユーサ・ミキサに組
込む小型堅軸電動機のロータ支持構造であるが、
ここでは、ロータ軸1の端面にセンタもみをして
円錐形の凹所を形設し、ここに1個の鋼球3を入
れ、電動機ケース4の軸受保持部5に敷いた軸受
メタル6に鋼球3を接触させてロータのスラスト
荷重を支えるようにしている。7は軸1のラジア
ル荷重を支える軸受である。凹所2には鋼球3の
潤滑のためグリース8を塗込めておく。ここで問
題になるのは、組付の際、鋼球3とグリース8の
どちらを先に凹所2に入れるか、という点である
が、後の組立工程でのハンドリングの便宜を考え
れば、先にグリース8を凹所2の底部に塗付けて
おいた上で鋼球3を押付け、グリース8の粘着力
で鋼球3を保持する、という手順にするのが望ま
しい。実公昭46−14970号公報に記載された如き
装置でかかる作業を行おうとすれば、 (i) グリース注入器を凹所に接近させる (ii) グリース吐出 (iii) 吐出されたグリースとグリース注入器とのつ
ながりを切る。

リース注入路15および鋼球誘導路16がここに
連通している。グリース注入路15は、ノズル1
3の周囲に設けた環状溝17に一旦つながり、環
状溝17の底に複数個設けた小孔18を通じ吐出
孔14に連通する。鋼球誘導路16はグリース注
入路15より奥の個所で吐出孔14の天井部に開
口する。グリース注入路15および鋼球誘導路1
6には、図示しないグリースデイスペンサからの
注入パイプ19、および同じく図示しない鋼球フ
イーダからのガイドパイプ20が接続されてい
る。21はノズル13と反対の側から貫通孔14
に入り込むエジエクトロツドであり、空気圧シリ
ンダ等により駆動される。

まれた鋼球3は、グリース8の粘着力によりロー
タ9が電動機ケースに組合わされるまで脱落する
ことなく凹所2の中に留まつている。

置に何らかの動きを生じさせる必要はない。鋼球
がグリース塊を剪断して進行するため、グリース
の糸引きを防ぐのに頭を悩ますこともない。ま
た、重力によつて鋼球を落とし込むのでなく、エ
ジエクトロツドで鋼球(及びグリース)を押出し
て来るから、被組付部材の凹所の向きを上向きに
限定する必要がなく、ライン構成の自由度が大き
いという利点がある。
