Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はエアゾール用ノズルに係るもので、物
品の狭い奥の方とか、家具間の間隙等に薬剤その
他のエアゾール内容物を噴射塗布し得るようにし
たノズルは従来より種々存在したが、これらのノ
ズルは長尺状に形成されるため運搬、収納、展示
等に於て場所を取るとか破損を生じ易い欠点が有
り、これらの不都合を生じさせることなくエアゾ
ール容器に付属させる有効な手段が従来存在しな

本考案は上述の如き欠点を除去し長尺状の噴出
管を運搬、収納、展示等に於て何等の支障を生じ
ることなくエアゾール容器に付属させることを可
能としたものであつて、以下その一実施例を図面
に於て説明すれば、1は噴射剤及び原液からなる
エアゾール内容物を収納するエアゾール容器で、
上端に巻締部12を介して目金13を固定してい
る。14はこの目金13の上端に固定しているマ
ウンテングカツプで、エアゾール容器1内部と弁
機構を介して連通した押釦2を中央部に位置しこ
の押釦2の押圧動作によつて弁機構を開閉し内容
物の導出を制御するよう構成している。3はこの
押釦2の側面に凹設した噴出口4に一端の嵌合突
部5を着脱自在に挿入嵌合する励磁体で、本体6
の一側面をエアゾール容器1の外周曲面に適合す
る磁着面7とし、この磁着面7には永久磁石8の
一面を露出固定するとともにエアゾール容器1に
磁着した状態に於てこの磁着したエアゾール容器
1以外には磁着力を及ぼすことのないよう永久磁
石8の他の面を、樹脂、アルミニユウム等の非磁
性材で形成した本体6により被覆している。9は
励磁体3の他端に一端を突出固定したエアゾール
内容物の噴出管で、長尺状に形成するとともに嵌
合突部5を介して押釦2の噴出口4と連通し他端

以外の永久磁石8は非磁性材で形成した本体6に
より被覆されているから、ノズルを側面に付着し
たままエアゾール容器1の連続的なコンベアー上
の移送を行なう生産工程等に於て、隣設する他の
エアゾール容器1にノズルが付着し一つのエアゾ
ール容器1に複数のノズルが付着するような不都

本考案は上述の如く構成したものであり噴出管

に成ることがなく破損、紛失等の虞れもない。又
エアゾール容器への付着は励磁体で行なうもので
あるから、付着、取外しが極めて容易で簡易な取
付、取外しを可能とするとともにノズルを細く小
型化できるからエアゾール容器側面からの突出量
を最小限とし、包装、運搬、収納等に於ける支障
を最小限にすることがでできる。また励磁体の磁
着する面以外の永久磁石は非磁性材で形成した本
体により被覆され、隣接する他のエアゾール容器
に励磁体が磁着することの無いようにしているか
ら、ノズルを側面に付着したままエアゾール容器
の連続的なコンベアー上の移送を行う生産工程に
於て、隣接する他のエアゾール容器にノズルが付
着し一つのエアゾール容器に複数のノズルが付着
するような不都合を除去することができるもので
