化粧板2はメラミン樹脂等の耐水性の合成樹脂板
からなる。木製基板1の裏面には化粧板2の積層
によつて反りが出るのを防止するためのバツカー
1aが必要により接合される。

適当であり、かゝる樹脂注入作業時には、第4,
5図に示すように、化粧板2を下にして木製基板
1を逆転し、スペーサー付水槽3を木製基板1に
載せるようにして作業すれば、注入作業を容易に
行うことが可能であろう。又、接合材7と接着す
る水槽3の外表面に必要に応じプライマーを塗布
することは好しいであろう。
