る。負圧が解除されればベローズ1は材料の復元
作用により、第1図に示す状態まで伸長するが、
このとき隣接内壁面4,5同士が離れるさい異音
発生という問題が生じていた。この異音発生を防
ぐために、例えば上記環状山部2の隣接内壁面
4,5同士が圧接しないように設計すればよいも
のであるが、ベローズ1の材質が復元性を有する
軟質材であることが必須条件であるので隣接内壁
面4,5が圧接することは止むを得ず、異音発生
は避けられない欠点がある。
